FIGHTERS CLASS
Tuesday 20:30-22:30, Thursday 20:30-22:30, Saturday 11:00-13:00, Sunday 12:00-14:00
FIRST SESSION IS ALWAYS FREE
Classes are £5 for over 18's £3 for under 18's or £2.50 and £1.50 to members of BST MMA. Monthly Muay Thai membership is £25 for adults and £15 for juniors, this includes full use of the gym Monday to Sunday 07:00am-22:30pm and also free Cardio / Strength & Conditioning classes starting every 30 minutes Weekdays
12:00-12:30 /12:30-13:00 /13:00-13:30 /13:30-14:00
In addition to this you can also attend any MMA, BJJ, NO GI & Wrestling class for half price.
Beginners Muay Thai classes are held on a Tuesday and a Thursday 19:00-20:30 £5 per class, if you are not interested in fighting or just want to train Thai Boxing for fitness etc this is a more suitable class. Training is taken by Chris Podesta.
